3. SHIPPING & RETURNS

3.1 Shipping Policy

• Carrier: We ship via NZ Post.

• Tracking: Tracking numbers are provided via email once payment is confirmed.

• Delivery Estimates:

  • Auckland: 2-3 business days.

  • Nationwide: Dependent on carrier schedules.

• Lost Packages: While we assist with tracking, Kiwi Peptides is not responsible for errors or delays caused by the carrier.

3.2 Return Policy Due to the nature of research chemicals and potential degradation, we do not accept returns once a product has been opened or if the seal is broken. If you receive a damaged item, please contact us at KiwiPeptides@proton.me within 48 hours of delivery.
